Cardiac MDA Locum - HCA Houston Medical Center

ANESTHESIA NEEDS:  
Monthly Coverage Requirements: 5 - 12 days
8 Hour days 7:00am-3:00pm

SITE DETAILS:
Daily Patient Volume: 25
EMR: Meditech

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have TX License and DEA and have CLEAN file for temps.
Must be Board Certified 
TEE Certification and CV experience required
