Cardiac MDA Locum - SSM Health St. Agnes Hospital

ANESTHESIA NEEDS:  
Shifts M-F 7am-3pm or 7am-5pm.  Call on weekdays and weekends, 7am-7am. 
No hearts for general locum weeks/calls. 
Community hospital setting.  1st call and 2nd call.
Weeks of Jan 4, Jan 11, Jan 18 and Jan 25
We will look at 2 candidates to cover the full month.

·        Practice Setting: General anesthesiology
·        EMR/Charting Software: Epic
·        Vaccines Mandatory?: Annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption required

·        Patient Age Group: All ages, including healthy pediatric patients
·        Procedures: Epidurals, spinals, regional anesthesia, open-heart procedures, TAVRs, and a variety of general anesthesia cases, including general surgery, gynecology, OB, vascular, urology, neuro/spine, orthopedics, ENT/dental, EP, and GI
·        Equipment: TEE equipment/skills required for applicable cases  
QUALIFICATIONS:
·        Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Internal Medicine listed as required; cardiac anesthesiology fellowship not required
·        State License(s): Wisconsin; provider must be licensed or willing to obtain a Wisconsin license
·        Certifications: BLS and ACLS
