CRNA Locum - Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital

ANESTHESIA NEEDS:  4x10 weekly. M-F. Full time.
SITE DETAILS:
DL Required to qualify for stipend. Must match address provided on submission.
Locals are fine but no travel (within 60 miles)
Cross credential facilities: Memorial Hermann Greater Heights and Memorial Hermann Cypress *must be ok with working at both*
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Desired start date: January 2027
Is this an Independent CRNA practice, Medical Direction, or Supervision model:  Loose supervision
Do the CRNAs need to do blocks, spinals, epidurals: Not required but if competent and desired, will allow
EMR: Epic
Cases for Greater Heights: General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Endo/Gastrio, Urology, ENT, Cosmetic, Neuro/Spine, Pain, Cardiology, Vascular, Radiology
Cases for Cypress: General, Ortho, GYN, Urology, Endo/Gastrio, Urology, ENT, Cosmetic, Neuro/Spine, Pain, Cardiology 

QUALIFICATIONS:
