CRNA Locum - AdventHealth Palm Coast

Anesthesia Coverage Needs:  
Schedule for need #1: 2x8s and 2x12s M-F (need open availability for scheduling)
Schedule for need #2: PRN 2-3 shifts per week 8s/10s/12s. Can work around schedule availability. 


Site Details:
Cross credential: PC, PC Parkway, Town Center - will rotate all 3
No holiday requests off
Medical direction
Credentialing time frame: 60 days
Start/End: Dec 1, 2026 - Jan10, 2027
Types of cases- B&B - Gen, Ortho, GI, Urology, min Vascular & Thoracic experienced
Is call required: No
EMR: Epic

Qualifications:
CV/Resume, Board Certification, Active state license, ACLS, BLS
MUST double check and report malpractice history
