CRNA Locum - Samaritan Albany General Hospital

Shifts & Clinical Details

• Albany: 8–10-hour weekday OR shifts + call.
• Corvallis: 10‑hour shifts + call.
• Call: 12‑hour blocks; taken from hotel or home (30‑mile callback radius). No in‑house call.
• Setting: ~75% inpatient / 25% outpatient. CRNAs practice independently; CRNA/physician ratio varies. EMR: Epic.
• Typical patient load: Albany/Lebanon 1–5; Corvallis 1–5 in main OR (GI room up to 10).

• Minimum 1 year experience (no new grads).
• Providers must accept only one night‑call shift per week and one weekend call shift per month.
• Credentialing ~90 days.
