ANESTHESIA COVERAGE NEEDS:

6:45a to 7:15p; nights (6:45p-7:15a, 10:45p-7:15a); weekends (days and nights); 30 mins unpaid lunch, dinner, or overnight break

2(12s) is the minimum requirement and qualifies as full-time; can offer up more shifts as well (no new PRNs allowed; only full-time)

Hours are NOT guaranteed, but clinical team is aware to release providers as close to their out time as possible; if released early, always have option to cover GI at Outpatient

CONTRACT TERM:
3 month contracts with option to extend
Must provide 1 night shift or 1 weekend shift per month
Must provide availability on 1 holiday that falls within the 3 month contract if applicable; if more than 1 holiday, they only need to provide availability for 1
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing
Weekly direct deposit
Dedicated account manager
Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing
