Anesthesia Coverage Needs:  8s or 10s
Providers need to commit to coming in 1 week before start date to do employee health appointment, Badge, site orientation, OR orientation

Case Types: General, Neuro, GYN, Oral & Maxilofacial, ENT, PEDs ENT, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology
OR: 5 Total
Charting: Paper

Compensation & Benefits:
$220/hr
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing
Weekly direct deposit
Dedicated account manager
Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing
90 days credentialing or sooner with expedited privileges

Contract Term:
14 weeks with extension option
