Experience: 2+ years required | Board Certified only
Required: FL license | Clean file | NPDB self-query + disclosure form
Restrictions: Must live >75 miles away
Site Details:
Cross-Credentialing at ASC required
Types of cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac done by cardiac MD team
Avg # of monthly cases: 1,800
Avg monthly OB Delivery: 325
EMR: Meditech
Care Team Model: 25 CRNA; 19 MD
Compensation & Benefits:
$ 300/hr + Travel + differential for call
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
