$205 /hr + Possible Travel Reimbursement Available (see reimbursement policy below)
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing

Dedicated account manage Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing
Contract Term:
6 months with extension option
Reimbursement Model:The model will be through reimbursement only based on the USAP reimbursement policy (economy car, no AirBNB type residence unless rate including all taxes and fees is less than or equal to an average nightly hotel stay). The high season of Jan-March is $250/night and the rest of the year is $150/night. This is to be all inclusive of fees and taxes. They are welcome to spend over this, but we will only reimburse up to this amount. Even if they haven’t reached their full cap. There will also be reimbursement caps based on the individuals situation.
