Anesthesia Coverage Needs: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts (7a-3:30p); APPs will be required to work 2 weekend days per month. Does not have be consecutive. Weekend shifts will be 12 hours (7a-7p). Minimum number of shifts per month: 20.

New Candidates that have never worked for facility must live outside the 75 mile radius of this site. No providers will be accepted who currently reside or have a primary residence in the counties of Broward, Palm Beach or Dade County.
Qualifications:
Active Florida license, open to license
DEA and CSR
1 year experience
