4(10s), 7am to 5pm or 9am to 7pm, M-F
3(12s), 7am to 7pm

Any combination of the above
Must be willing to cover home call 7am to 7pm twice a MONTH

Compensation & Benefits:
$215/hr

Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing

Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing 90 days credentialing
Contract Term:
6 months with extension option
