CRNA Coverage Needs:
Shift Days: Shift Days: Need CRNA to help with call rotation, Monday and Fridays biggest need. On average 2 shifts every 6 weeks for call, 1 weekday 3:30p-7a and 1 weekend day shift 7a-7p, need 14 hour shifts during the week, may take 13s
Minimum Number of shifts per month: prefer full time coverage
Current Available Shifts: 2-14’s. Would prefer CRNA to help with call rotation, would consider without. Call schedule TBD with Chief CRNA as current needs fluctuate due to current staffing numbers on site.

**CRNA must be cross credentialed at West Marion Community Hospital in case of need at that site**
Site Details:
24 month and 75 miles exclusionary criteria
2 years experience required
ACT Model
Case Mix – Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement.
Required Procedures: General to Trauma/will consider non-trauma CRNAs for general cases.
- Must have Trauma experience
- Must be proficient in regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement.
- Must have fulltime availability
EMR: iProcedures
Credentialing timeframe: 90 days with clean file
Compensation & Benefits
$190/hr + Travel based on client approval
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage

Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing 90 days credentialing
Contract Term:
Ongoing (160 hours/20 shifts)
