Case Types: General, hernias, eyes, sinus, ortho general, colonoscopies, NO urology.
Solo
Comfortable doing blocks. Interscalenes w/ occastional supraclavicular, infraclavicular, axillary, adductor canal, genicular PENG, popliteal blocks and occasionally TAP blocks. Also will be placing interscalene and adductor canal catheters.
Credentialing 1-2 weeks
No cross credentialing

Qualifications:
Active Alaska license
will consider licensing candidate
Compensation & Benefits
$225 /hr + Travel and lodging covered
Paid orientation
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing
Weekly direct deposit
Dedicated account manage Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing
Contract Term:
6 months with extension option
