$190 7am-3pm M-F
$200 After 3pm M-F
Weeknight Call (7p-7A):
Beeper Pay $400
Call rate $225 (4 hr minimum if called in)
Weekend Call (24 hrs; 7a-7a)
Beeper Pay $800

Holiday Rates: $270/hr
