Case types: Combination of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities working with mostly adult patients including: ortho, general surgery, endoscopy, ophthalmology and occasional pediatric cases
Cross credentialing at all of the following IU facilities required:
IU Health North Hospital (IN) – Carmel
IU Health Beltway Surgery Center (IN) – Carmel
IU Health Senate Street Surgery Center (IN) – Indianapolis
IU Health Glen Lehman Endoscopy Suite (IN) – Indianapolis
IU Health West Hospital (IN) – Avon
CONTRACT TERM:
6 months with likely extension options
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$230/hr + $1300 weekly all inclusive travel stipend
