1-2 Anesthesiologists (12s)
1 Anesthesiologist (NIGHT Float; In House) (7p-7a); 5 days on/5 days off
working in a care team model
Option B:
5 Anesthesiologists
Coverage is for Monday – Friday

Case Types:General case mix including GYN, ORTHO, ENT, GI, etc
NO OB, NO CARDIAC
Healthy peds (no babies)

Qualifications:
Active License in TX
Compensation & Benefits
$400 /hr
$425/hr after 3pm
$500 stipend for night float + $425/hr (7p-7a)
Travel Stipend: $300/workday
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing
Weekly direct deposit
Dedicated account manage Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing
Contract Term:
6 months with extension option
