Compensation & Benefits
$428 /hr All In, No OT + Possible Travel Reimbursement Available
Beeper call rate: 1200 for 12 hours/2400 for 24 hrs + call back at $445/hr
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage

Contract Term:
