1 weekend call per month
Call required for 1 wk of coverage

6 month assignment
Credentialing timeline:  60 – 90 days
Medical Direction
Case Type:  Cardiac; CABG, Valve Replacement, aortic surgery, Advance EP ablations, Watchman. General, Ortho, Robotics, OB, Radiology, Endo, Eyes, Plastics, ENT, Neuro. No Trauma.
EMR:  Cerner

Qualifications:
TEE Certification
Must have active FL Medical License and DEA prior to presentation
Must have completed Cardiac Fellowship Candidates MUST live outside of the 75 mile radius
Must provide valid Driver’s License when submitting candidate’s presentation
TRAVEL EXPENSES FOLLOWING THE EXPENSE TRAVEL POLICY IN TRIO ARE COVERED.
No Providers who worked for this site or an affiliated site in the past 24 months
Must have Active FL License
Must have 100% CLEAN FILE – No clinical or criminal issues and that includes any pending cases
Must have LESS THAN 5 AFFILIATIONS

Compensation & Benefits
$375 /hr + Possible Travel Reimbursement Available
Malpractice Insurance covered including tail coverage
Annual Profit sharing
Weekly direct deposit
Dedicated account manage Credentialing coordinator will facilitate credentialing

Contract Term:
6 months with extension option
