Compensation & Benefits:
- Standard Rate: $220/hour
- Overtime Rate: $285/hour (applies to hours worked beyond 40 per week)
- Holiday Rate: $285/hour
- Rate Adjustment: If no cardiac experience, rate will be $215/hour
- Candidates without cardiac experience may cover EP labs, allowing cardiac anesthetists to focus on CVOR cases.
