Department description: Medical Direction, General Anesthesia cases. Provider will help with Anesthesiology coverage for 2 Satellite campuses.

Type of Cases: General – 45%; OB – 15%; Neuro- 15%; Cardiac – 15%; Thor 5%; Complex Vasc 5% Complex Ortho – 10%
MD does 100% CRNA supervision and signs off on APP docs
Required: Central Line placement, Arterial placement, PA Catheter Placement Eval and mgmt of acute volume/BP issues Use of Ultra-sound placement blocks
EMR: Epic
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC
• State license required: SC
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: 2 years of experience practicing medicine.
Clean Malpractice history.
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days *WITH SC LICENSE*, w/o SC license minimum of 120 days
SC License preferred
