Coverage Needs: M-W No Call. No holidays. No weekends. 7 am until cases are complete. Mostly 8-hour days but sometimes 10.
Cases: MAC sedation for IR Independent CRNA practice 2 Anesthesia rooms, 1 provider; 1 room run at a time. Electronic Charting
Credentialing: 1 month credentialing timeline
Responsibilities | Pre-anesthesia assessment | Obtains and/or verifies patient consent | Discuss anesthetic options and risks with the patient | Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia | Monitoring of the patient’s physiological condition | Performance of clinical intervention as needed.
Requirements | Current license as a registered professional nurse | Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education | Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
Travel Stipend as follows: Car Rental/Mileage Stipend- $275 Lodging/Housing Stipend- $157
